With over 10 years of experience in brand positioning, digital marketing, and creative direction, Giovanna leads GT Agency's dynamic team of designers, strategists, content creators, and project managers.
Her leadership ensures that every project is approached from multiple perspectives, delivering creative, effective, and customized solutions for each client.
Lucrezia Mottola
Lucrezia, originally from Puglia, Italy, is passionate about creativity and human connection. She holds a Master’s degree in Event Organization and Marketing from La Sapienza University of Rome.
Her strengths lie in effective communication and empathy, allowing her to build strong relationships, understand diverse perspectives, and bring projects to life with a personal touch.
Sokhna Cisse
Born in Novi Ligure, Italy, and of Senegalese origin, Sokhna has lived in France since a young age. She is currently pursuing a degree in International Business and is set to graduate in June 2025.
Passionate about creativity and human interaction, Sokhna excels at understanding diverse perspectives and crafting innovative, customer-focused solutions.

About Giovanna Torrani
At just 10 years old, I was already running small businesses in Brazil learning, experimenting, and falling in love with the art of branding. Entrepreneurship wasn’t just a career choice; it became part of who I am.
At 21, I left everything behind and moved to Italy alone, not speaking the language but carrying one thing with me an unstoppable drive to create something bigger.
From selling unique treasures in GT Shop Treasure to surviving the pandemic’s challenges, every experience became a stepping stone.
Over 16 years, I built, failed, learned, and rebuilt until GT Agency was born. Today, my agency is more than just a business; it is the essence of my journey, designed to help other entrepreneurs bring their brands to life with clarity, strategy, and purpose.
